ATTENTION. BEFORE MAKING A THREAD ABOUT THE SERVERS OR ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT DISAPPEARING, PLEASE READ THIS.
I've just spoken to Raz on msn (he messaged me) at 02:00 am on Tuesday Morning.
The servers are back up.
BUT.
Because something went wrong with the servers, and Raz is trying something new, there are a few things to take notice of.
.:: LIST ::.
[+] You MUST make a new account / password each time you log on
[+] You will NOT have any presets
[+] AFTER 30 MINUTES, THE SERVERS WILL REFRESH THEMSELVES, AND LOSE ALL DATA.
This means:
[-] do NOT bother spending 30 minutes making a character.
[-] do NOT collect items. They will disappear.
---
UPDATED INFORMATION FROM A USER:
"1. You can actually stay on IT without getting kicked out after 30 minutes. I stayed on with one account for around 2 and a half hours without any problems.
2. If you log out, you'll have to create a new account. However, if you log out and then log back in within a few seconds to a minute, the account will still be there.
So, basically, as long as you don't log out you're fine. It wouldn't be the best of the world to collect items or get pets, but people are doing it anyway just for fun. -shrug- No stopping them there. Though I really hope no one goes out to hunt for Mutants or something. -head desk-"
------
Before you panic about all your characters, presets, Items, whatever, they have ALL been backed up by Raz, which he did before the servers went down.
CURRENTLY there is NO way to get the account back. But they are safe. Do not worry about that. So please don't create threads asking if you can get your account back / your items back. Because you can't. Not yet.
---
You MAY or MAY NOT have to make a new account each half hour - the database is dropped each half hour on IT, but it is dependent on whether or not it dropped ALL of it. (I still wouldn't spend a lot of time collecting items =p)
The servers are back, yes. But for how long, Raz is not sure.
As for the way the servers was before, well, I'm not sure to be honest. But this way is better than nothing, to be honest.
